All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once they have been fulfilled and shipped.

Exchanges
Exchanges are limited and are only accepted if the requested item is in stock.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the returned item is received.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges. PALATIUM reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect item or product, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

Shipping Responsibility
PALATIUM is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, unclaimed, or damaged once they have been shipped. For these issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Product Care
Some pieces require special care and should be handled accordingly. Please follow all provided wash instructions.

PALATIUM is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling. Certain pieces are designed as delicate or artistic garments and must be treated with care.
