By placing an order with PALATIUM, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Shipping times vary depending on whether an item is premade or made to order. Product availability and estimated timelines are clearly stated on each product page prior to purchase.

Premade Items
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, in addition to the shipping time selected at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, PALATIUM is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PALATIUM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Made to Order Items
Made to order items require 6-8 weeks for production and processing, depending on the product.

By purchasing a made to order item, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe and understand that shipping will occur after production is completed.

International Orders
PALATIUM does not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay customs fees or claim a package may result in the package being returned or abandoned. PALATIUM is not responsible for these outcomes.

Policy Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree to all shipping timelines, policies, and conditions stated above.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
